Warranty Policy

Warranty Coverage

We guarantee a service life of 5 years from the date of issue for all body armor products (ballistic helmets and plates) purchased from Eagle Sky Land Systems. Other products warranty will be notified specifically in quotation. It covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and proper care. This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser or purchasing agency and is nontransferable.

Warranty Benefits

Repair or Replacement: If your ballistic helmet or plate exhibits defects covered by this warranty during the 5-year service life, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the helmet free of charge.

Lifetime Support: Even beyond the 5-year service life, we are committed to providing support and assistance to our customers. Contact our customer support team for any questions or concerns regarding the product 

Warranty Exclusions 

This warranty does not cover damages or defects resulting from:

Accidental damage or misuse

Modifications or alterations to the product

Failure to follow care instructions or maintenance guidelines

Improper storage or handling

Normal wear and tear

Making a Warranty Claim

To make a warranty claim, follow these steps:

1.Reach out to our customer support team via email at info@eagle-sky.net. Provide your order details and a description of the issue.

2.Inspection and Evaluation: We may request additional information, photos, or the return of the product for evaluation.

3.Determination and Resolution: Upon inspection, if the issue is determined to be covered by the warranty, we will proceed with the appropriate resolution (repair or replacement).

Limitation of Liability 

Our liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product. We are not liable for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products.
