Body Armour Shipping Restrictions

Eagle Sky Land Systems Co., Ltd. will not sell body armour to individuals in the following provinces without a valid Body Armour Permit and/or a valid PAL/RPAL:

British Columbia (Permit and/or PAL/RPAL)

Alberta (Permit and/or PAL/RPAL)

Manitoba (Permit)

Nova Scotia (Permit and/or PAL/RPAL)

A valid Body Armour Permit or a copy of your PAL/RPAL must be sent to us within 48 hours of your order and it will be verified prior to shipping. Failure to provide documentation will result in cancellation of your order and a 10% cancellation fee.  

Unrestricted provinces are the following:

Ontario

Quebec

Saskatchewan 

* PAL = Possession and Acquisition License

* RPAL = Restricted PAL

For individuals in the United States, before purchasing, please comply with federal law and state-specific regulations as some states may have additional restrictions.
